Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative - Voice working onsite in Mumbai, Maharashtra you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business.

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, you'll work to resolve customer issues via phone and chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using via verbal & written communication

Required Qualification:

  • High School Degree

  • Fluency in written and spoken English (English B2 or higher)

  • Ability to meet expectations and follow through on promises; holds self-accountable for results.

  • Willingness to take instruction and direction from superiors and others.

  • Having a customer-obsessed attitude. Showing a genuine interest in what customers and consumers communicate and responding appropriately.

  • Able to adapt to customer inquiries over the phone. Courteous and respectful when dealing with customers; cooperative and responsive to their needs.

  • Able to handle demanding customers tactfully and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Reliable in attendance and punctuality; completes assigned responsibilities to satisfaction; follow through with job commitments and learns quickly.

  • Provides quality service to customers; effectively and accurately satisfies customer needs for information and services

  • Demonstrates a high level of tolerance for stress; copes well with ambiguity or setbacks; receptive and adaptive to work-related changes; willing to render overtime when required.
